What we collect
Name, phone number, chosen messenger, purpose of enquiry, citizenship, answers from the Purchase plan test and calculator results if you attach them. Technical data: page address, language, cookies (with consent).
Purpose and legal basis
Contacting you about your enquiry and preparing an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), marketing with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), analytics and advertising with cookie consent.
Who receives data
Hosting and forms provider (Netlify), Telegram (lead notification), Google (analytics and ads — consent only). If you request a mortgage — with your consent, the HipoCenter team.
Messengers
If you write to us via Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber, the messenger operator also processes your data under its own policy.
Retention
Up to 12 months from the last contact, or, if we sign a contract, for the period required by law.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawing consent, complaint to the President of UODO.
